Further, I have a number of year’s experience owing and running my own Florida title company. Originally from northern New Jersey, in 1985 I became a licensed New Jersey attorney. My law practice in New Jersey was devoted exclusively to real estate. In the height of the foreclosures crisis in the late 1990s, I represented many corporate lenders and REO servicing companies, most notably Citicorp Mortgage, Inc., with regard to the sale of foreclosed properties. I have assisted corporate lenders in the disposition of well over 1000 REO properties and participated not only in the typical broker oriented transactions but I have also assisted in the bulk sale of assets as well as REO auctions. Upon relocating to Florida in 1997, I obtained my Florida realtor license and GRI designation. Additionally, in 2001, I became a licensed Florida attorney, again devoting my practice primarily to real estate. As a supplement to my law practice, in 2005 I opened my own title company. In light of my legal background, coupled with my varied experiences as a realtor in Palm Beach County and owner of a Florida title company, I am particularly qualified to help steer you through all aspects of the real estate transaction.
