Tim Devaney joined Platinum Properties after nearly 16 years in advertising sales with FOX Television. His success in Real Estate is based upon four basic principles: outstanding customer service, detailed market and product knowledge, honesty, and integrity. For seven years he’s been applying those core principles to his Real Estate efforts, along with his wealth of marketing and advertising expertise, which makes him a tremendous asset to every client. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest, graduated from UCLA, and eventually put down roots in South Florida, where he has lived for almost 10 years. He’s an avid boater, sailor, and fisherman, and when he’s not working hard for his clients, can usually be found on the water with his wife and three children.
